I am a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Holistic Practitioner with over 25 years experience 

of helping people to help themselves.   My role is to help you reach your full potential.  

I believe that just as the Phoenix healed itself, you too have the power to regenerate.


We have four aspects: - 

Physical       Emotional     Mental      Spiritual


 I have worked and studied for many years to develop my experience and create tools,

 techniques and treatments which help you to feel balanced and energised at all these levels.
